Lenox Medical Supply will refund 100% of the purchase price if an item arrives damaged or the wrong product is received. However, you have the obligation to notify us immediately so that we can either replace the defective item, refund or credit your account.

10 Day Return Policy :

Please call us at 1-866-474-4356 to return a Power Wheelchair or Scooter for a full refund within 10 days of item delivery. However, you may be liable for shipping charges associated with returning and delivery of your order. A refund will be issued directly to the Customer, Medicare, secondary insurance or private Insurance. All returns must be in new and unused condition. Items with evidence of use will not be accepted.

Please bear in mind that certain items such as Bathroom Safety, Commodes etc cannot be returned due to health and safety issues. If you are skeptical about any product our representatives are here to assist you.


Credit Card:

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card use in the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for a credit card refund.

Check Payments:

Check Payments will receive a refund check. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day that we receive the returned item.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is received. All RETURNS must be accompanied by a Return Authorization. You must contact us before returning your item.
